Athletics and Health
With Athletics Director LeVar Barrino and program staff, Club members can participate in a wide range of activities and field trips throughout Chittenden County. Programs include:
- Team Games:
Members engage in a variety of team sports, such as flag football, volleyball, kickball and capture the flag.
- Triple Play:
This program helps members to set personal fitness goals and increase their activity. Progress will be measured and participants support each other's successes.
- Indoor Baseball:
Sponsored by the Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation's Badges for Baseball program, our indoor baseball program teaches members teamwork and fitness through practice drills and league games.
- Daily Challenges:
Daily challenges focus on team-building, interactivity and non-competitive games. These fun activities challenge members to think and play without competing to win.
- Healthy Habits:
Using games, crafts and cooking help, members gather each week to discuss nutrition, health and well being.
