Our Programs
Our Club offers programs for youth ages 5 -19 focusing on our three core areas:
Our members can take part in a wide variety of programming that addresses these areas, including Project Learn, that offers homework assistance, high yield learning activities, and more; Athletics, where members can play football, basketball, baseball, among other sports in our renovated gym; and much, much more. We offer this programming in four locations:
- 62 Oak Street
- licensed and drop in after school programming for grades 4 - 12
- H. O. Wheeler School
- licensed child care and enrichment program site for grades K-3
- The Living Room's Teen Employment Center
- 4 week Teen Employment Center programming as well as drop in after school and weekend programming for teens
- Winooski Unit at the O'Brien Community Center
- drop in after school programming for grades 6 - 8
We also offer summer camp programs for youth who have completed grades K - 8. Our goal is to provide a fun and educational summer program that is affordable for everyone. We offer:
- Camp activities including arts and crafts, sports and recreational games, VT history, outdoor exploration like hiking and boating, and much more
- Snacks and lunch provided to all campers
- Swimming lessons and free swim for all campers
- Swim team for youth completing grades 3 - 8 that meets three times a week during camp hours
Camps are offered for:
- Children completing K-2 grade from 8am-4:30pm at a cost of $40 per week with an additional $10 per week if PM care which runs from 4:30 – 5:30 is needed.
- Children completing grades 3-5 from 8am-4:30pm at a cost of $40 per week with an additional $10 per week if PM care which runs from 4:30 – 5:30 is needed.
- Children completing grades 6-8 from 8am-2:30pm at a cost of $30 per week
We accept child care resource subsidy for all of our camps.
